Smart watches

Although these videos are generally quite good, this time I disagree.

I have autism and take medicine to deal with stress.

As I don’t hold back and am currently reforming islam, it’s nice to be able to check my heartrate to see if it’s been OK.

Generally I have a very low heartrate, below 50 when resting. My psychiatrist and a friend doctor quite like to hear these kinds of numbers.

Also, last week I had a rough week, I can check my heartrate afterwards.

Still seems normal regardless of circumstances, which is nice to know.

Monday it was a bit higher, but still below 60.

Having said that, the weather app is pretty rotten. Last winter I walked out of the pub thinking it would start snowing after 3 hours, and it was snowing already. Currently it is 29 degrees outside but my watch says there’s a thunderstorm outside and it’s 21 degrees. I had a look at the map on buienradar and there is not a cloud in sight for the next hour at least.
